精品育種加快林木良種化進(jìn)程

日前,2016年我國重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃“林業(yè)資源培育與高效利用技術(shù)創(chuàng )新”項目的子項目“林木次生生長(cháng)的分子調控和環(huán)境脅迫機制”獲得批準立項,項目的實(shí)施將進(jìn)一步解決樹(shù)木快速增粗生長(cháng)的有關(guān)問(wèn)題。

林木次生生長(cháng)就是樹(shù)干的增粗生長(cháng),它決定了木材的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。項目將聚焦林木次生生長(cháng)過(guò)程,應用現代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù),對林木次生生長(cháng)分子調控與環(huán)境脅迫機制展開(kāi)系統研究,開(kāi)展科研攻關(guān),分析不同生長(cháng)環(huán)境條件對樹(shù)木次生生長(cháng)的影響,有目的地進(jìn)行林木遺傳育種改良,培育出適應不同環(huán)境條件、抗逆能力強的優(yōu)質(zhì)樹(shù)種,為實(shí)現人工林高效培育提供理論基礎。

項目將以楊樹(shù)、桉樹(shù)、白樺等主要速生用材樹(shù)種為研究對象,利用基因組、轉錄組等分子生物學(xué)研究手段構建調控網(wǎng)絡(luò ),查找并解析基因在調控維管分生組織、次生木質(zhì)部等關(guān)系木材形成過(guò)程及木材品質(zhì)的機理和作用,明確關(guān)鍵代謝途徑和調控因子,分析不同環(huán)境條件下關(guān)鍵代謝途徑變化和調控因子的表達模式,闡明次生生長(cháng)與抗逆的平衡調控機制。項目研究旨在通過(guò)分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)行品種改良,實(shí)現從傳統的“經(jīng)驗育種”到定向高效的“精準育種”轉化,培育出適應不同環(huán)境生長(cháng)的優(yōu)良品種,以速生豐產(chǎn)提高林木的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量,提高森林存量,降低木材進(jìn)口依賴(lài),緩解水土流失,以綠色發(fā)展調節生態(tài)環(huán)境。

項目由中國林科院林業(yè)研究所承擔,下設6個(gè)課題組,22所高等院校和科研單位參與項目研究。
